Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Premium Pack collects and processes personal information when people use our website, contact our team, or apply for opportunities with us.

Last Updated: August 9, 2026

01

Introduction

This Privacy Policy is intended to provide transparent information about how Premium Pack collects and processes personal information and should be read together with any additional privacy notices that may apply in a particular jurisdiction.

Our approach is guided by broadly recognized privacy principles, including transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, security, and appropriate retention.

02

Who We Are

Premium Pack Trading Co. L.L.C provides packaging products, equipment, services, and related business-to-business solutions. This website supports Premium Pack and its relevant regional operations, including activities in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

References to “Premium Pack,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Premium Pack and the relevant regional operation responsible for the interaction concerned. This wording does not imply a particular corporate relationship between regional operations.

03

Scope of This Privacy Policy

This policy applies to personal information processed through this website, website forms, business inquiries, email communications, recruitment and CV submissions, and related interactions with our teams. It does not replace a more specific notice provided for a particular service, contract, recruitment process, or jurisdiction.

04

Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Name, business email address, telephone number, company name, job title, country or location, industry, and company website.
  • Inquiry type, project information, packaging or equipment requirements, communications, and other information submitted through forms or email.
  • CV or resume details and other recruitment information voluntarily provided by job applicants.
  • Technical information such as browser or device information, IP address, security data, and cookie or device identifiers where applicable.

Please avoid submitting personal information that is not reasonably necessary for your inquiry or application.

05

How We Collect Information

Information may be obtained directly from you, through website forms, email communications, recruitment or CV submissions, automatically through website and security technologies, or through service providers involved in operating and protecting the website.

06

How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare commercial or technical discussions.
  • Evaluate packaging, equipment, project, or service requirements and provide requested information.
  • Arrange services and manage customer, supplier, prospect, and other business relationships.
  • Operate and secure the website, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve usability.
  • Conduct analytics if such tools are implemented with appropriate safeguards.
  • Manage recruitment, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.
  • Send relevant business communications or marketing where legally permitted.
08

Business Communications and Marketing

We may send service-related or business communications needed to respond to an inquiry or manage a relationship. Marketing communications may be sent where legally permitted and appropriate. Where consent is required, we will rely on consent and provide a way to withdraw it. Operational messages may continue where needed for an active request or relationship.

09

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The website and third-party services may use cookies, browser storage, or similar technologies for essential operation, form delivery, security and anti-abuse functions, and limited functionality. Analytics technologies may be used if introduced in the future, and marketing technologies may be used only if separately implemented.

Optional non-essential tracking may require additional notice or consent controls depending on the visitor’s jurisdiction. The website should not be treated as cookie-free merely because first-party analytics are not currently implemented.

10

Third-Party Services and Service Providers

We may use service providers for website hosting, forms, customer relationship management, security, communications, and other operational support. They may process personal information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. We seek to share only information reasonably necessary for the relevant service.

11

HubSpot

Our Contact form is delivered using HubSpot infrastructure, and information submitted through it may be processed using HubSpot for form handling and, where applicable, customer relationship management. HubSpot’s own privacy information is available on its privacy policy page.

12

Google reCAPTCHA

Website forms may use Google reCAPTCHA or related anti-abuse technology to distinguish legitimate users from automated activity. This technology may process technical information for security and fraud-prevention purposes. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms may apply.

13

Analytics and Website Performance Tools

The website does not currently include a separately implemented first-party analytics platform in the application. If analytics or website performance tools are introduced, this policy and any necessary consent controls should be updated. Such tools may process technical, device, usage, and approximate-location information depending on their configuration.

14

International Data Transfers

Because Premium Pack operates internationally and uses third-party technology providers, personal information may be processed outside the country in which it was collected. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we will use appropriate measures relevant to the transfer. We do not represent that any particular transfer mechanism or processing location applies unless separately documented.

15

How We Protect Personal Information

Premium Pack uses appropriate administrative, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

16

Data Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including relevant business, contractual, legal, accounting, security, and regulatory requirements.

Inquiry information may be retained as reasonably necessary to manage the business relationship and related records. Applicant information may be retained for the recruitment process and, where permitted by applicable law and appropriate, for consideration for future opportunities. Candidates may request deletion subject to applicable legal requirements.

17

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on jurisdiction, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, data portability, information about processing, or to complain to a competent authority. These rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to conditions and exceptions.

18

UAE Privacy Rights

Personal information connected with our UAE activities may be subject to applicable UAE data-protection laws. Where those laws apply, individuals may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or information about processing, subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

19

Saudi Arabia Privacy Rights

Where the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations apply to processing connected with Saudi activities, individuals may have rights including access to or a copy of personal data, correction, destruction or deletion, and other rights provided by applicable Saudi law, subject to its conditions and exceptions.

20

EEA, UK and Similar Privacy Rights

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or a similar regime applies, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority. These rights apply only where the relevant law applies. Premium Pack does not represent through this policy that it has an EU establishment, EU representative, or data protection officer.

21

California and Other US State Privacy Rights

Residents of California or other US states may have additional rights when applicable law applies to Premium Pack and the processing concerned. Possible rights include knowing or accessing personal information, correction, deletion, portability, certain opt-out rights, and non-discrimination for exercising applicable rights.

These rights apply only to the extent that the relevant law applies to Premium Pack and the processing concerned. We do not add a “Do Not Sell or Share” mechanism unless it becomes legally and operationally required.

22

Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where doing so would require parental or guardian authorization under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact us.

23

Job Applicants and CV Data

CV submissions may contain identity and contact information, employment history, education, qualifications, skills, and other information voluntarily included by an applicant. We may use it to evaluate applications, communicate with applicants, consider candidates for current or relevant future opportunities where permitted, maintain appropriate recruitment records, and meet legal obligations.

Applicants should not provide sensitive personal information unless it is specifically requested, relevant, and lawful to process.

25

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when our processing activities, services, or applicable requirements change. The revision date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through an additional notice where appropriate.
